Questions and Answers

To help you better categorise our products, services and solutions, here are some questions and answers.

All content that is available in database formats is considered structured. This database content is divided into columns and rows and accounts for around 20% of the global data volume.

80% is available in unstructured formats. This includes all content in common Office formats (as PDFs, in Word, in text form or in emails).

Our solution can also chat, among other things. In this selected use case, which is just one of several, we also integrate your company content.  With our solution, this is done in your own environments in compliance with data protection regulations.

We also focus on explicit use cases that immediately help your processes.

Our solutions are currently only being developed for SMEs and corporate groups.

We install our solution in your server room or data centre, locally or as a private cloud. SaaS (Software as a Service) access is not yet available.

We develop our solutions for customers and business areas we are familiar with, but make sure that they can also be used in all other areas during planning and implementation.

When you write with ChatGPT and the like, the answers are generated for you very promptly - at that very moment.

In contrast to ‘Generative AI’, answers to (search) queries were previously only available in prefabricated form and were therefore only very imprecisely tailored to your needs. YouTube videos are an example of this: These are always pre-produced, which means that you don't only learn new things, but also spend time with content you already know.

Generative AI can now generate content directly and in line with your needs. This happens not only in text form, but also in images, with sound, music or video. The content provided is therefore much better suited to your needs and saves you a lot of time.

Every company needs a ‘centre of truth’, otherwise different levels of knowledge will develop and misunderstandings will arise. Establishing a ‘golden source’ in your company ensures that there is a central knowledge repository for different topics. This should be the fundamental basis for all other applications.
